Before using Bitcoin, confirm that it is offered in the cashier. The confirmed method minimum is AU$10 if available; check the current processing terms, asset, network, address and amount before sending.

This guide explains Bitcoin transfers; it does not confirm current availability. Use only an asset and network offered by the cashier, and check its confirmation requirement, fees and limits.
Check four things before sending Bitcoin
- Asset: select Bitcoin (BTC), matching the cashier instruction. A similarly named asset is not automatically interchangeable.
- Network: use the network explicitly supported by the receiving cashier. Do not assume that a Lightning invoice or a BTC representation on another network will work.
- Address: copy the current destination or use its QR code, then compare the address shown on the final confirmation screen.
- Amount: follow the BTC amount or conversion quote shown. Check any expiry and whether the wallet deducts its fee from the amount sent or adds it to your total charge.
If the instruction does not identify the required network or amount clearly, ask for clarification before sending. A blockchain payment generally cannot be reversed by pressing Cancel after it has been sent.
Network fee and deposit amount are different
A wallet or exchange can show a network fee as well as its own charge. Review the total you pay and the amount the recipient receives. Do not send exactly an AU$10 equivalent without checking whether a fee deduction would leave the received amount below the minimum. Bitcoin’s AUD value can also change while a quote is open.
Bitcoin.org explains network fees: they depend on transaction size and network demand, rather than simply being a fixed percentage of the amount sent. No fixed fee is promised here.
If Bitcoin has not reached the balance
- Open the transfer in your wallet or exchange. Check whether it is still awaiting submission or has a transaction ID.
- Use that ID to inspect the destination, amount and confirmation status on the correct network.
- If it is unconfirmed, check the sending wallet’s guidance. Do not send the payment again merely because it is pending.
- If it is confirmed but the casino balance has not changed, contact Spin2U with the transaction ID, amount and time so it can trace the credit.
Use the transaction status and the cashier’s confirmation requirement to trace the transfer. Keep your seed phrase and private keys private; they are not needed to trace a transaction.
For a Bitcoin withdrawal
If a Bitcoin withdrawal is offered, use an address and network supported by your wallet. Ask when the quoted processing window starts. Once sent, use the transaction ID to distinguish network confirmation from the wallet’s final credit.

Can I send another cryptocurrency to the Bitcoin address?
Do not assume so. Confirm that Bitcoin is offered and use only the asset and network specified by the cashier.
Is the Bitcoin fee fixed?
No fixed fee is supplied here. Check the wallet or exchange confirmation screen for the network fee, any service charge and the amount the recipient will receive.
Does a transaction ID prove my deposit is credited?
No. It lets you trace the network transfer. The receiving service may still need to confirm and credit it to your account.
